in the end, it seems that googledocs is the most stress free option to write random sht as i find the time to do so.
i tried proton docs,but besides being completely barebones, it does not have a dark mode neither page setup. only the standard white text box with some formatting options.
Big disappointment.
i know there are more useful apps, like obsidian, which seems to be a pretty decent offering, but i want to keep minimally usable software only.
I know proton is supposed to be trying to bea google a google alternative, even if its a bit jank. Thats fine, but it just does not satisfy me.

in general, what i want is just to let my imagiation free and just open up the “start making sht up” program and let loose.
The problem with the big apps is that they have too many buttons. The ideal is an app which has all possibled options but they are hidden on the main screen, perhaps some kind of “app functions palette” with a hotkey to open a command line search with fully text-accessible actions.

there are a few things i want to do,
first, type my stuff, have it be accessible online immediatly and across devices, preferably with enough formatting / share options like a web-pdf thing which shows the page all nice and such, without editing html or so
and the option to just go in and make any change as i wish, including adding images, tables, links both internal and web, and such things
i also wish to link the drawings and all files with all the related docs.
Yeah obsidian looks nice enough but it seems to be have more upfront setup, like seting a vault and deciding what kind of thing. It sounds interesting but it will require a bunch of time to figure out how to use nicely.
theres the whole backup thing, as it seems to be a mostly offline first thing, where you need to backup the philez, and i dk if the vault is only a database or if it is a zipper version of all the files.

finally, i still am typing this in google docs, which means that i probably will not be changing this anytime soon.
